About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising our clients on the implementation or customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and iTrade
- Responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering complex ERP projects
- Aligning customer-specific solutions and their implementation – from workshop to go-live
- Conducting user trainings and providing support during ongoing project execution
- Close collaboration within the team and taking on independent project tasks
- Project documentation, regular project controlling and reporting to stakeholders
- Primary point of contact for our clients, including moderating meetings and steering committees
- Needs analysis: understanding clients' business processes and requirements
- Process consulting: proposing optimizations of workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and our industry solution iTrade
- Solution design: developing concepts for how Business Central can meet the requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in consulting and project management for ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes (trade and/or manufacturing)
- Degree in (business) informatics, business administration (BWL), or a comparable qualification
- Excellent communication skills, confident presence and enthusiasm for customer-focused consulting
- Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and cooperative collaboration
- Willingness to attend occasional customer meetings on site
