About the role
- Handle the full cycle of sales for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully close deals.
- Provide information about our program and its benefits
- Utilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clients
- Emphasizes service features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on knowledge of programs and services
- Drive value of product to client - upsell products
- Accurately track all communications in CRM system
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with contract/agreement
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs, placing an emphasis on educating potential clients of their options
- Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
Requirements
- Debt Settlement Experience Required
- A hungry, money-motivated work ethic and drive
- Highly motivated with excellent people and listening skills
- Debt, mortgage, finance, or sales experience preferred
- Phone sales and call center experience with ability to close
- Positive and high energy attitude is a must
- Ability to prioritize and follow-up with clients in a timely manner
- Problem solving; ability to constructively handle unexpected problems
- Strong Analytical and technology (CRM) skills
- Must be comfortable with computers, internal software, and phone systems
