Taxation & Treasury Coordinator
AllensTaxation & Treasury Coordinator at Allens, providing support across treasury, tax, insurance, and governance functions. Excellent opportunity for graduates seeking a role in professional services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support across treasury operations, including cashflow reporting, corporate banking administration, management of bank account signatories, corporate card queries, and daily payment checks.
- Assist with taxation-related activities, including preparation of annual FBT returns, GST Free matters (where appropriate), and support the team with the ATO Top 500 review.
- Support partner equity administration, including preparation of partner income letters and assistance with the preparation and lodgement of annual stamp duty calculations and returns.
- Provide insurance administration support, including assistance with annual insurance renewals for the various policies the Firm has in place.
- Support corporate secretarial activities, including preparation of draft minutes and filing/document management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualification in accounting, commerce, finance or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and documentation.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and build exposure across treasury, tax and governance functions.
