About the role

  • During your 3.5-year apprenticeship at Alleima Engineering GmbH, you will be part of our development team from day one.
  • You will support the design and development of components, assemblies, and complete custom machines — with plenty of room for your own ideas.
  • Using modern CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks or Inventor), you will independently create 3D models and technical drawings.
  • You will accompany and document the entire development process — from the first sketch to the finished machine.
  • You will actively contribute your creative approaches to product design and optimization.
  • Whether in the design office or directly on the production floor, you will gain hands-on insight into the daily work of a modern industrial company.

Requirements

  • You have (or are about to complete) a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).
  • You are creative and meticulous — you have an eye for detail and enjoy working precisely.
  • You have good spatial awareness and can visualize how technical drawings translate into real parts.
  • You are strong in math and physics — you understand connections and enjoy problem-solving.
  • You enjoy developing and implementing your own ideas — whether on the computer, at the desk, or with your hands.
  • You work well in a team — you are reliable, committed, and helpful when collaborating with others.
  • Carefulness and accuracy are a matter of course for you, especially when it comes to technical processes or machines.
