About the role

  • Responsible for managing incoming leads, supporting the sales team, and driving business growth.
  • Manage all incoming leads and handle transactional opportunities by defining, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Oversee the handover process, including order booking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build robust pipelines and close opportunities.
  • Support customers and the sales team in claim handling and communication.

Requirements

  • Proactive and communicative individual with a strong customer focus.
  • Degree in Industrial Economics, business administration, sales, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English; Spanish, French, or Italian is meritorious.
  • Comfortable with IT tools such as the Office suite and also an ERP system, like M3.
