About the role
- Define and drive HR technology & AI strategy aligning with HR, IT, and business objectives
- Act as a strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders
- Establish and evolve the HR technology architecture
- Lead governance and prioritization for HR technology and AI initiatives
- Build people analytics and workforce insights capabilities
- Drive transformation and change management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives
Requirements
- Strong IT or technology background with a degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or an MBA
- Proven experience in HR transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of organizational processes and business strategy
- Experience with HR Tech and AI roadmaps
- Strong grasp of systems architecture and emerging technologies such as AI, APA, and cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrated project and program leadership experience
- Experience with HR systems, integrations, data, analytics, and AI solutions
