About the role

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and sales growth
  • Analyze product margins and profitability, ensuring that pricing decisions maximize profit while maintaining competitive pricing
  • Manage pricing tools and pricing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing operations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Team, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Tech Team and Allegro Pricing Team
  • Conduct pricing experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • You are proficient in SQL, GCP Big Query, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Python will be an advantage
  • You obtain bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both in Polish and English
  • You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • You have project management and process building skills.
