  • Be the guardian and architect of our global HR master data foundation
  • Shape how SAP SuccessFactors EC evolves within a fast-changing business and regulatory landscape
  • Ensure it runs smoothly, scales wisely, and stays aligned with our expanding global footprint
  • Directly influence how we modernize our Core HR area according to an ambitious operational plan
  • Partner for CEE5 countries, harmonizing local and global processes and elevating HR Operations across the region

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a global environment
  • Ability to configure, customize and optimize EC to support evolving HR processes
  • Solid understanding of Core HR, master data and system integrations
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog based on business needs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive delivery, and manage risks or incidents
  • Experience preparing documentation, functional specs, and supporting knowledge-sharing or onboarding
  • English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (B2+/C1)
