About the role
- Shape the strategy and evolution of Allegro Pay’s core technology platforms
- Define how our platform should grow, how it should perform and how we ensure continuity and operational excellence across all of its components.
- Plan long-term platform strategy, work on platform offering and resilience and design processes for product engineering teams.
- Prioritize what matters most and ensure that our pursuit of business goals goes along with long-term stability.
Requirements
- Define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for platform products
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of products (discovery → delivery → iteration), ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with tech engineering to deliver robust and scalable solutions
- Monitor KPIs such as platform reliability, adoption of new features, developer satisfaction and key product performance metrics.
- Clearly communicate product direction, priorities and value to leadership and cross-functional teams.
