About the role
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for fintech products, ensuring clear communication of value to customers, engineering teams, business stakeholders and market
- Develop and manage the product roadmap and milestones prioritizing products and enhancements to deliver maximum impact
- Define requirements and validating business needs related to cash flow in PSP
- Ensure data quality, usability, and effective management processes
- Define the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and being accountable for the product's results
- Drive continuous product discovery and delivery, from deeply understanding users’ needs, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks, to ensuring the successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions that achieve necessary outcomes
- Write well-structured and to the point documents to present the strategy, product development plan and your work
- Collaborate with engineering, technical leaders and support teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective post-launch support
- Build strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally at the intersection of fintech, product, technology, AI
- Hands-on expertise in driving the entire product delivery cycle: from discovery and implementation to post-launch improvements
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Building empowered teams that solve real problems and have the understanding and focus to build great outcomes over just output
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
- Having a strong sense of ownership and collaborating closely with others to solve problems
- An individual comfortable communicating in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
