About the role
- Drive GMV / growth through leading strategic initiatives aligned with our Consumer strategy.
- Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer, brand, merchant and internal customer needs.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects, delivering results in timely manner.
- Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data-driven solutions.
- Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals - effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across various teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress.
Requirements
- Analytical & problem solving skills: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems, and deriving business insights based on data
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams.
- People leadership: Proven track record of attracting, hiring and retaining best talent in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates.
- Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions.
