About the role

  • Be involved in identifying the needs and solving the problems of Allegro users in Poland and in international markets.
  • Work with the best data analysts, researchers, product managers and other designers.
  • Develop solutions to be used by millions of people.
  • Be responsible for the entire design process.

Requirements

  • A portfolio featuring examples of your design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web.
  • Have experience in Product Designer role or similar.
  • Love experimenting and do not shy away from bold ideas, propose hypotheses and verify them.
  • Can make a compelling case for their product-related decisions.
  • Are curious about the user, problem or the solution they are looking for.
  • Are proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools, but are able to visualize initial ideas within minutes on a piece of paper.
  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, analysts and engineers to validate and deliver experiences rapidly and iteratively.
  • Work across the entire design process from ideation to implementation.
  • Have strong verbal and visual presentation skills that communicate the process, approach and impact of your design.
  • Know Polish at a native level and English at B2 level.
