  • Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance work according to the service program for each customer
  • Accurately record work details, productive versus travel time, and parts used for each job

  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and property responsibly
  • Manage service-vehicle inventory and maintain an inventory log
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and provide high-quality service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, stand on concrete for long periods, and work in various climates
  • Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, and work overhead
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for night/weekend work or “On Call” shifts
  • Prior experience servicing automated doors preferred
  • Prior experience in electrical troubleshooting preferred
