About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of your career change, we will teach you all areas of successful software consulting.
Strategically expand and maintain customer relationships — nationally and internationally — to unlock new system modules and revenue opportunities; you will drive long-term customer retention.
Proactively manage the sales pipeline and implement targeted sales strategies; you will coordinate independently with Presales and Service to achieve Interflex objectives.
Independently conduct consulting and sales meetings, including technical needs assessment, proposal alignment and deal support/closing.
Present solutions and software products from the Interflex portfolio to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training or a university degree, but do not feel comfortable in your current field and want to transition into IT.
Working with a variety of software does not present major challenges for you — IT has always interested you.
Strong communication skills, customer focus and teamwork characterize you.
You can quickly adjust to different conversation partners and present convincingly.
Fluent German (≥ C1) and good English skills (B2) are required for your work with us.
You hold a Category B driving license to attend customer appointments and accompany projects on site.
