About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of your career change, you will be trained in all areas of successful account management.
As a central point of contact, you will maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will independently prepare proposals and, when necessary, coordinate in advance with project sales to ensure the best strategy.
You will continuously monitor customer satisfaction and regularly review existing customer interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training or a degree, but feel that your current field is not the right fit and you want to move into IT.
You are comfortable with CRM systems and common office software; you have an interest in digital solutions and learn quickly.
You are communicative, confident in negotiations, and can adapt quickly to different interlocutors.
Customer focus and a service-oriented mindset are among your strengths.
Fluent German (≥ C1) and good English (B2) are required for this role.
