About the role Manage account demand planning and product forecasting for retail and DTC ecommerce accounts Oversee order management and vendor compliance reporting, including disputes/claims processes Provide robust data analytics and business intelligence reporting to support account success Support external ecommerce accounts and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce business operations Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and retailer business analysts/buyers Assist sales leader with strategy development, assortment planning, optimization, and pricing Develop and lead forecasting processes and communicate performance, drivers, and impacts Partner with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure smooth product logistics and mitigate challenges Plan and execute product transitions with strong replenishment planning Support development and management of a DTC reverse logistics program Analyze consumer issues and work with consumer service team to create feedback loops Lead development and implementation of new analytical tools, processes, and reporting Support channel marketing with SKU information maintenance and promotional post-performance ROI reporting Serve as SME on account operational requirements, portal navigation, and DTC site navigation Act as a training guide for new ecommerce channel business analysts Produce weekly and monthly reports including SKU trend analysis, forecast accuracy, fill rate, margin, and ROAS Analyze competitive ecommerce channel presence and provide actionable recommendations Requirements High School Diploma required Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, marketing, data analytics, or related field preferred 5+ years of analytical sales, demand planning, or project execution experience (60+ months) Experience working with ecommerce retailers and/or DTC ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) Experience with CRM systems Strong working experience with forecast development and identifying variance drivers Experience identifying and resolving retailer disputes (fines, shipment issues) Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel knowledge Experience extracting data from multiple sources to create actionable insights Understanding of retailer processes and systems, order management, and DTC ecommerce operations Ability to apply principles of logical thinking and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines Strong relationship building and communication skills Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies Understanding of manufacturing, operations, finance, marketing, and product lifecycle management Ability to train and develop others Remote-based with ability to travel up to 20% Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central US Time Zones Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; company will not sponsor visas (e.g., H-1B, TN) Health, dental and vision insurance coverage Unlimited Paid Time Off 401K plan with 6% company match and no vesting period Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance (paid by Allegion) Term Life Insurance with option to purchase supplemental coverage Tuition Reimbursement Voluntary Wellness Program (earn up to $2,000 in rewards) Employee Discounts through Perks at Work Community involvement and volunteer opportunities CliftonStrengths assessment & coaching opportunities Flexible remote work arrangement Bonus Eligible Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
