• Manage account demand planning and product forecasting for retail and DTC ecommerce accounts
• Oversee order management and vendor compliance reporting, including disputes/claims processes
• Provide robust data analytics and business intelligence reporting to support account success
• Support external ecommerce accounts and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce business operations
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and retailer business analysts/buyers
• Assist sales leader with strategy development, assortment planning, optimization, and pricing
• Develop and lead forecasting processes and communicate performance, drivers, and impacts
• Partner with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure smooth product logistics and mitigate challenges
• Plan and execute product transitions with strong replenishment planning
• Support development and management of a DTC reverse logistics program
• Analyze consumer issues and work with consumer service team to create feedback loops
• Lead development and implementation of new analytical tools, processes, and reporting
• Support channel marketing with SKU information maintenance and promotional post-performance ROI reporting
• Serve as SME on account operational requirements, portal navigation, and DTC site navigation
• Act as a training guide for new ecommerce channel business analysts
• Produce weekly and monthly reports including SKU trend analysis, forecast accuracy, fill rate, margin, and ROAS
• Analyze competitive ecommerce channel presence and provide actionable recommendations
