About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively coach, train, and mentor Distribution Relationship Managers and sales team members
Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
Provide consistent onsite leadership and field support
Guide the team through complex processes
Responsible for escalation management and cross-functional support
Partner with the Distribution team to identify sales growth opportunities
Maintain solid relationships with key Distributor and International customers
Act as the primary liaison between distributor partners and internal departments
Guide the team in analyzing distributor partner performance and pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable)
3–6 years of hands-on experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
Supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience
Knowledge of trucking, transportation management, and freight optimization
Familiarity with import/export requirements and company security practices (C-TPAT) preferred
Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
