About the role
- Develop and execute a global travel and expense (T&E) strategy aligned with stakeholder needs and corporate goals and values.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve T&E policies, processes, and program performance metrics.
- Maintain, update, and publish T&E policies and related training materials to ensure cross‑functional alignment and adherence.
- Own and develop vendor relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and other T&E-related partners.
- Facilitate employee expense reimbursement processes and systems; process expenses and reconciliations; investigate disputed charges.
- Manage travel documentation (itineraries, visas, travel-related forms) and support global travelers as needed.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve travel program delivery and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate travel management or a closely related role.
- Proven track record in T&E reporting, processing, and program management.
- Specialized expertise with Concur (or comparable T&E platforms).
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Current travel certification, preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% as needed.
