About the role
- The Senior Product Manager owns and oversees multiple product value streams, leading a team of Product Managers to execute large-scale initiatives.
- Define long-term product strategy, investment planning, and cross-functional execution to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Influence corporate strategy, manage product budgets, and mentor the next generation of product leaders.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement; ensure execution across engineering, UX, marketing, and operations.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies, coordinate with marketing and sales to drive adoption and business impact.
- Advocate for customer-driven innovation; use feedback and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Lead large-scale problem-solving initiatives addressing scalability, usability, and operational challenges.
- Model Allegiant’s customer service standards and ensure direct reports apply Customer Commitment.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Direct leadership experience managing a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Owns multiple product areas, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer needs.
- Leads enterprise-level product strategy, influencing long-term investment decisions.
- Manages product budgets, aligning spending with strategic initiatives.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, and operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in KPIs, product performance metrics, and financial impact analysis.
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional product initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable business impact.
- Financial acumen with experience managing product budgets, resource planning, and investment justifications.
- Preferred: Experience in eCommerce, aviation, travel, or SaaS software solutions.
- Preferred: SAFe, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) certification.
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-based product integrations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for product analytics.
- Preferred: Strong background in user research, A/B testing, Data Analytics, and customer experience optimization.
