About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the development, design, and implementation of behavioral health projects, state initiatives, grants, and related materials
- Collect and analyze data for reports and plans
- Create and maintain SharePoint files and project resources
- Develop the Transition Age Youth booklet and support related activities
- Create promotional documents and how-to manuals
- Maintain the OnBase filing system and user manual
- Enter GPRA data for federally funded grant projects
- Assist with MATP weekly reporting and the Client Satisfaction project
- Design handouts and manage Qualtrics survey data for the Stand Together anti-stigma campaign
- Research event formats for the Stand Together Recognition Event
- Assist with emergency response plans
- Support planning tasks and technical assistance for behavioral health services, program operations, and contracted providers
- Prepare studies, reports, and behavioral health system development plans
- Attend workshops, in-services, and seminars
- Conduct administrative research, including reviewing clients in HCSIS who may be dually enrolled in mental health and LIFE services
- Perform additional internal special projects as requested
- Work under the supervision of the OBH Sr. Manager of Special Projects and support the OBH Projects Specialist
- No supervisory responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum of two or more years of professional responsibility in human services or human development programs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to extract, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Ability to design and present data to external stakeholder groups
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, with diverse groups
- Ability to navigate the community for work assignments
- Ability to sit for two or more hours, traverse the building, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional interaction with County and provider staff, consumers, and the general public
- Act 33 and 34 clearances required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Two or more years of experience with sophisticated computer-based applications is a plus
