Share responsibility for helping to develop, communicate and implement organizational strategy
Facilitating planning processes that engage stakeholders, incorporate analyses of client and financial data, and consider human services and policy trends
Preparing written plans and reports that are outcomes-focused, aligned with organizational strategy, and meet requirements of governing bodies (e.g., state agencies)
Identifying and securing new funding through government and foundation grants
Using data analyses, best practice research, and stakeholder feedback to recommend system and quality improvements
Managing process improvement projects
Writing and managing procurements for new or improved programs and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college/university in a related field
2 years of previous experience working in planning, project management, program development, or other related field
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which meets the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
