About the role

  • You operate and optimize our LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure (Cisco, Cisco Meraki) across our currently 20 locations
  • You are responsible for operating and further developing our IT security infrastructure (firewalls, NAC, etc.)
  • You support the CISO in the further development of our information security management system (ISMS)
  • You assist the IT support team with technical network-related issues
  • You create technical documentation and ensure it remains up to date
  • You take ownership in IT projects and contribute to the successful completion of those projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)
  • A completed degree in computer science or telecommunications engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience administering networks and IT security solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT security and its practical implementation
  • Ideally relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Meraki)
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented working style
