About the role
- You operate and optimize our LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure (Cisco, Cisco Meraki) across our currently 20 locations
- You are responsible for operating and further developing our IT security infrastructure (firewalls, NAC, etc.)
- You support the CISO in the further development of our information security management system (ISMS)
- You assist the IT support team with technical network-related issues
- You create technical documentation and ensure it remains up to date
- You take ownership in IT projects and contribute to the successful completion of those projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)
- A completed degree in computer science or telecommunications engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience administering networks and IT security solutions
- Strong understanding of IT security and its practical implementation
- Ideally relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Meraki)
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive, independent, and team-oriented working style
