About the role
- You install, maintain and operate our Windows client systems (approximately 1,400 systems) at our currently 20 locations
- You are responsible for updating the operating systems and application software on our client systems
- You manage role and permission assignments (Exchange, file servers, applications, etc.)
- You administer the Mobile Device Management tool to manage our mobile devices
- You support the support team with technical issues in the client and user environment
- You assist business departments with technical questions and issues related to business applications
- You create technical documentation and ensure it is kept up to date
- You take responsibility in IT projects and thereby contribute to the successful completion of the projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, a completed degree in (business) informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT systems administrator
- Several years of experience operating decentralized on-premise IT infrastructures (MS Windows client and server infrastructure, Baramundi Management Suite)
- Very good experience with Group Policies, patch management and permission management
- Basic understanding of IT security and its implementation in the Windows environment
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Proactive, independent and team-oriented working style
