About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and lead the Growth and Lead Generation strategy for B2B and B2C channels;
  • Ensure strategic alignment, define and prioritize campaigns, and continuously monitor performance and results;
  • Define, monitor and optimize acquisition KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Design, build and optimize lead acquisition, qualification and conversion funnels.
  • Act as an integrator between Marketing and Sales (MKT + Commercial);
  • Lead the implementation and integration of AI agents into commercial tools and the CRM.
  • Plan and execute continuous tests (A/B, channels, creatives, offers), focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage multichannel strategies, including:
  • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Inbound marketing
  • Partnerships and indirect channels (e.g., brokers)
  • Ensure the quality of generated leads, considering ICP fit, eligibility and risk profile.
  • Develop digital actions and strategies for active lead prospecting.
  • Design and optimize marketing automation flows to nurture cold leads via RD Station.
  • Implement and evolve Lead Scoring strategies, defining the optimal handoff timing to the sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid, hands-on experience in Growth, Lead Generation or Customer Acquisition.
  • Practical and strategic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with RD Station (CRM, Marketing and Conversations).
  • Experience managing marketing agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of the sales funnel and customer journey.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Must have flexible availability and willingness to travel nationwide.
  • Experience in the supplementary health (private health insurance) market will be considered a significant plus.
  • Differentials
  • Experience with health plans (individual enrollment, SME or group plans).
  • Knowledge of ANS regulation (Brazil's National Supplementary Health Agency).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools.
  • Experience with indirect channels (brokers and partnerships).
  • Experience in high-scale environments, rapid-growth settings and aggressive targets.
