About the role

  • Collect data, develop analyses, and maintain dashboards using data from multiple business areas;
  • Create analyses through consistent dashboards and reports to support business decision-making;
  • Safeguard the data warehouse (DW) architecture and ensure governance of processes and projects;
  • Ensure data security, reliability, and accuracy;
  • Generate value from data, contributing to the growth of the data function and accelerating the organization's shift to a data-driven culture;
  • Propose solutions and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), Power Query, and DAX;
  • Experience with ETL processes and integration, data processing, and orchestration tools such as Pentaho and Apache Hop;
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation, extraction, and storage using SQL;
  • Microsoft Office (advanced Excel);
  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports following best practices in data storytelling;
  • Ability to eliminate manual processes by implementing automation practices and workflow techniques;
  • Experience and mindset oriented toward using Artificial Intelligence in daily work, applying AI for insight generation, automation, development, and problem solving;
  • Knowledge of Python.
