About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
Deliver care both onsite and virtually in alignment with the hybrid care model
Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes
Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
Active licensure (must be able to practice independently) in at least one of the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA)
3–5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with behavioral health challenges
Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
