Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily operations across a designated region of clinics, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, goals, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support efficiency and growth.
Identify, pilot, and implement improvement initiatives to increase visit volume, enhance access to care, and meet key organizational metrics.
Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Drive standardization and operational efficiency through the implementation of consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining patient care quality and safety.
Directly manage and mentor Practice Managers and clinic leads, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Regularly monitor clinical, operational, and financial performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing staff and providers.
Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion across all clinics by supporting professional growth, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining open communication.
Conduct routine site visits to ensure operational consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Partner with Quality, Compliance, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support integration of on-site and virtual care delivery models to expand access and maintain patient continuity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations, preferably in multi-site primary or urgent care environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex operations across multiple locations.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Experience in provider recruitment, contracting, and compensation plan design.
Proficiency in EHR systems such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, or Epic.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with familiarity in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
