💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes
- Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Active licensure in at least two of the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA)
- 3–5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with behavioral health challenges
- Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
