About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Complete required trainings and uphold Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
Respond to patient questions and administrative messages
Provide full-time patient consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when clinically appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
Minimum 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health and treating specified chronic and reproductive health conditions
Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity
Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
Minimum 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses
At least 2 licenses in California, New York (autonomous), or Florida (autonomous), plus 1 or more additional state licenses based on hiring needs
Prior telemedicine experience is a plus
