About the role
- Build deep pipelines of physicians and advanced practice clinicians across all our active specialties.
- Jump into new specialty areas as we expand with no hesitation.
- Drive high-volume, high-quality outreach across LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed, specialty boards, associations, and anything else that works.
- Constantly experiment with messaging, channels, and tactics.
- Partner tightly with our Clinical Talent team to understand needs, timelines, state licensure & APRN supervision requirements, and volume goals.
- Pre-qualify providers quickly and hand off warm, engaged leads.
- Keep the Clinical Talent Team sharp on candidate market intel, where talent is, what they want, and how to win them.
- Hit aggressive weekly and monthly sourcing targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay laser-focused on quality and speed without sacrificing candidate experience.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of both Physician & APRN sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success sourcing across multiple specialties
- Track record of aggressive outbound sourcing and hitting ambitious pipeline goals
- Experience in telehealth, multi-state, or high-growth healthcare strongly preferred
- Deep familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, specialty-specific channels, and thinking outside the box with creativity
- Have a track record of crushing sourcing metrics
- Are scrappy, data-driven, and creative in how you find talent
- Move quickly, iterate constantly, and don’t need rigid processes to get results
- Ability to work independently, move fast, and thrive in a dynamic, high-accountability environment
- Exceptional communication skills and provider-facing professionalism.
Benefits
- Compensation: $70–$80/hour (dependent on experience)
- Schedule: 32 weekly hours
- Duration: 3-month 1099 contract, with potential for extension
