About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You assist with posting and updating job advertisements and support the entire recruiting process.
  • From first contact to the interview — you organize and coordinate the whole process and actively participate in candidate selection.
  • You maintain personnel files, handle inquiries, and manage requests for employee documents.
  • You help shape our onboarding process and support new team members during their start.
  • You independently take on smaller projects and bring fresh ideas to our HR strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Structured working style: You work accurately, independently, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
  • Team player: You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and openly.
  • Resilience and friendliness: You remain friendly and solution-oriented even during busy or stressful periods.
  • Good Office skills: You are proficient with common Office programs and proactively use digital tools.
  • Availability: You should be available for at least 3 months for the internship.
  • Prior HR experience is a plus but not required!
