About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You assist with posting and updating job advertisements and support the entire recruiting process.
From first contact to the interview — you organize and coordinate the whole process and actively participate in candidate selection.
You maintain personnel files, handle inquiries, and manage requests for employee documents.
You help shape our onboarding process and support new team members during their start.
You independently take on smaller projects and bring fresh ideas to our HR strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Structured working style: You work accurately, independently, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
Team player: You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and openly.
Resilience and friendliness: You remain friendly and solution-oriented even during busy or stressful periods.
Good Office skills: You are proficient with common Office programs and proactively use digital tools.
Availability: You should be available for at least 3 months for the internship.
Prior HR experience is a plus but not required!
