About the role
- Sole responsibility for supporting multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, and ultimately the entire region
- Managing clients in the region together with the responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
- Establishing HR operations for new or selected clients
- Advising managers on all personnel-related matters
- Performing operational HR tasks as required
- Focusing on and further developing an HR area/territory of your choice
Requirements
- University degree (or degree from a university of applied sciences) with a focus on Human Resources
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience
- A combination of consultant and HR practitioner skills
- Business-fluent English
- Confident and persuasive presence
- Self-motivation, team orientation, and strong communication skills
- Consulting competence with a structured and goal-oriented working style
