About the role

  • Sole responsibility for supporting multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, and ultimately the entire region
  • Managing clients in the region together with the responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
  • Establishing HR operations for new or selected clients
  • Advising managers on all personnel-related matters
  • Performing operational HR tasks as required
  • Focusing on and further developing an HR area/territory of your choice

Requirements

  • University degree (or degree from a university of applied sciences) with a focus on Human Resources
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience
  • A combination of consultant and HR practitioner skills
  • Business-fluent English
  • Confident and persuasive presence
  • Self-motivation, team orientation, and strong communication skills
  • Consulting competence with a structured and goal-oriented working style
