About the role
- Define, establish, plan, and execute All Voting is Local’s People strategy
- Partner closely with All Voting is Local’s Leadership Team (LT) to shape, plan, and execute on organizational design and structure
- Leverage resources and partners to understand, assess, enhance, and continually audit organization’s People policies
- Identify areas of opportunities, propose, plan, and execute on these ideas to continually strengthen All Voting is Local’s culture
- Stay abreast of new and emerging employment laws and People compliance
- Facilitate People meetings, events, and programming
- Utilize HR data and people analytics to inform decision-making
Requirements
- 8+ years of People experience with a minimum of 3+ years Generalist experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in talent relations, staying abreast of emerging and new employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
- Outstanding communication and coaching skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Operationally savvy
