• Create and schedule Facebook content across our three content pillars: regulatory intelligence, agency guidance, and authority and credibility
• Research and draft posts grounded in healthcare news
• Design simple supporting graphics using Canva for use across both platforms
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Support the creation of lead generation assets such as compliance checklists and pre-survey readiness guides
• Track and report monthly on engagement, post saves, link clicks, and direct message volume
