About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional member experience through various communication channels
  • Execute behaviors aligned with All One’s values and member service standards
  • Perform MSC operational duties like loan log review and ordering office supplies
  • Respond to inquiries from members and perform necessary transactions
  • Coordinate and schedule member appointments for seamless experience
  • Act as the first escalation point for team members
  • Coach and mentor MSC staff to achieve goals
  • Support members with digital banking products and services
  • Input consumer loan application requests over the telephone or online
  • Digitally close and fund consumer loan documentation
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to meet member needs
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all credit union products and services
  • Provide daily member support of electronic banking products/services
  • Communicate procedure updates to the team as needed
  • Administer supervisor overrides for restricted transactions appropriately
  • Continuously increase knowledge and skills through training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years’ prior banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Union products and services
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
  • Excellent member service, active listening, and attention to detail skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and adaptability skills
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday
  • Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
