About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
  • Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
  • Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives
  • Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
  • Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
  • Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
  • Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
  • National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
