About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
- Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers
- Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
- Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
- Provide senior-level instructional oversight to ensure training is delivered consistently, safely, and in accordance with curriculum
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background
- Current required medical certifications
- Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training
- Prior supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience in a medical, military, emergency services, instructional, or operational environment
- Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction preferred
- Demonstrate capability of leading and mentoring Instructor/Operators in various training environments
- Must be able to illustrate prior supervisory experience in a relevant field
