About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
  • Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers
  • Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
  • Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
  • Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
  • Provide senior-level instructional oversight to ensure training is delivered consistently, safely, and in accordance with curriculum
  • Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background
  • Current required medical certifications
  • Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training
  • Prior supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience in a medical, military, emergency services, instructional, or operational environment
  • Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction preferred
  • Demonstrate capability of leading and mentoring Instructor/Operators in various training environments
  • Must be able to illustrate prior supervisory experience in a relevant field
