About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
- Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
- Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
- Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2) and configure realistic training scenarios
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must meet ONE of the following:
- Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
- Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
- Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
