About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
  • Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
  • Serve as the site-level lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of training operations
  • Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators
  • Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background
  • Current Emergency Medical Technician with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the medical scope of practice
  • Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation, TC3 instruction
  • Candidate should be capable of leading and mentoring Instructor/Operators
  • Current Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician or Nationally Registered Paramedic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and standard office equipment.
