About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
- Serve as the site-level lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of training operations
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators
- Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background
- Current Emergency Medical Technician with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the medical scope of practice
- Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation, TC3 instruction
- Candidate should be capable of leading and mentoring Instructor/Operators
- Current Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician or Nationally Registered Paramedic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and standard office equipment.
