About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
  • Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
  • Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives
  • Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned
  • Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2)
  • Maintain all certifications current throughout the contract

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must meet ONE of the following:
  • - Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
  • - Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
  • - Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
  • - Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
  • National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
