About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.
Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives: Classroom lecture 1:24, Classroom practical exercise 1:6, Invasive procedures 1:1, Skills validation testing 1:1 per casualty
Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites
Operate and perform operator-level preventive maintenance on assigned patient simulators, manikins, medical training equipment
Ensure all training content is approved by the appropriate medical proponent (MTN, Deployed Medicine, CMSD)
Participate in Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities including peer observations, self-assessments, and After-Action Reviews (AARs)

What you’ll need

Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background, current required medical certifications, and experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) provider or instructor certification
Experience with medical simulation TADSS (e.g., SimMan 3G, MTC2, Cut Suit) Prior MSTC or medical simulation training center experience
Experience with moulage techniques and theatrical special effects for high-fidelity scenarios
Familiarity with TC 8-800 tables and Deployed Medicine curriculum
