About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
- This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.
- Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
- Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
- Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives: Classroom lecture 1:24, Classroom practical exercise 1:6, Invasive procedures 1:1, Skills validation testing 1:1 per casualty
- Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
- Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
- Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites
- Operate and perform operator-level preventive maintenance on assigned patient simulators, manikins, medical training equipment
- Ensure all training content is approved by the appropriate medical proponent (MTN, Deployed Medicine, CMSD)
- Participate in Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities including peer observations, self-assessments, and After-Action Reviews (AARs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background, current required medical certifications, and experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
- Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)

- Preferred Qualifications Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) provider or instructor certification
- Experience with medical simulation TADSS (e.g., SimMan 3G, MTC2, Cut Suit) Prior MSTC or medical simulation training center experience
- Experience with moulage techniques and theatrical special effects for high-fidelity scenarios
- Familiarity with TC 8-800 tables and Deployed Medicine curriculum
