About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
- Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV).
- Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers in class sizes directed by the medical proponent.
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments.
- Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2).
- Maintain all certifications current throughout the contract — no lapsed credentials.
- Participate in Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities including peer observations, self-assessments, and After-Action Reviews (AARs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
- Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
- Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
