About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the day-to-day management and operation of office and facility spaces
  • Support facility readiness efforts including workspace organization, equipment staging, and operational inspections
  • Assist with managing contractor access, visitor coordination, and workspace logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exceptional writing skills for capturing complex technical meeting minutes and tracking action items
