About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and modernize high-fidelity visual assets for Navy Career Training Continuum courseware.
Create and refine 2-D visual artifacts, including animations and interactive elements.
Transform legacy media assets into modernized visuals aligning with NAVEDTRA 142 standards.
Collaborate with SMEs and ISDs for accurate graphic representations of Naval equipment.
Ensure media files are optimized for performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years (2-D) or 2–4 years (3-D) in digital media production, preferably in a military or industrial training context.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Media Arts, or equivalent.
Experience with After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of design and typography.
Ability to mentor less experienced staff members.
Understanding of project management software like Adobe Workfront or Microsoft Teams.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
