Curriculum Developer III, Instructional Developer III

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of assigned revision sets for lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, TCCD/TPP updates, IMI media, and related courseware products
- Manage curriculum development schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Direct use of AIM CPM/LOM, LEAD, MELD, Captivate, or other approved authoring tools
- Coordinate with Government SMEs, Learning Centers, Schoolhouses, and IPT/WIPT participants
- Ensure compliance with NAVEDTRA standards, configuration management, and OMS requirements
- Lead quality assurance reviews and comment resolution activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years plus Navy curriculum development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
- Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
