About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive technical and editorial reviews of all training materials, focusing on instructional integrity and adherence to the NETC NAVEDTRA 142.
  • Verify that all multi-media products, including Adobe Captivate conversions, comply with accessibility standards for the modern Sailor.
  • Assist in the collection and synthesis of pilot comments at training sites, ensuring all identified errors are documented for post-pilot remediation.
  • Maintain "Team BMSC" quality standards across multiple rating portfolios to ensure a seamless final curriculum delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the evaluation of military multimedia training products.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate software
  • Experience with MELD software
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Recognized as a specialty area expert in a specific Naval rating.
