• Lead and oversee delivery teams, providing mentorship and guidance to accountants

• Serve as proactive liaison with client's professional advisors (CPAs, bankers, attorneys)
• Oversee and mentor accountants on your delivery teams
• Review and ensure accuracy of all key financial processes: Balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR processes, Inventory valuation and production costing reconciliations, Cash management, Month-end closing entries, Payroll integration
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls
• Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across all clients
• Meet or exceed billable hours goals while maintaining service excellence
• Complete all internal deliverables (time tracking, capacity planning, quarterly initiatives)
• Actively participate in All In One Accounting's Brand Ambassador program, representing our mission and values
• Represent All In One Accounting professionally while fostering team collaboration
• Maintain highest standards of security compliance and asset protection
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices

Controller – Manufacturing

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as a member of clients' executive management teams
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with manufacturing business objectives
• Lead high-level financial decisions and strategic initiatives
• Provide financial coaching to client leadership teams
• Support internal delivery teams with technical expertise and industry-specific guidance
• Create sophisticated financial models to evaluate business decisions, including capital equipment purchases and facility expansions
• Develop long-range cash forecasts and capital planning specifically addressing the cyclical nature of manufacturing
• Analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities for production efficiency
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the needs of the client's business operations
• Prepare annual operating plans with variance analysis
• Oversee and optimize production/job costing systems
• Implement effective inventory management and valuation processes
• Design cost accounting structures that provide actionable insights
• Develop pricing models that ensure profitability while remaining competitive
• Lead month-end closing meetings with clients and internal teams to present financials

CFO – Manufacturing

• Own client relationships during the Tenacity phase of our Accounting Clarity™ proven process
• Lead intensive client onboarding, setup, and financial foundation building
• Teach clients AIOA's systems, processes, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for client growth and flag issues for ongoing teams
• Continuously improve the Tenacity process to reduce timeline and increase client satisfaction
• Ensure seamless handoffs to Operations delivery teams
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessment, identify cleanup needs, and assess opportunities for improvement
• Establish chart of accounts structure and complete historical cleanup and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Implement accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes with appropriate internal controls
• Establish month-end close procedures, train clients on workflows, and create baseline financial statements with supporting workpapers
• Educate clients on accounting best practices and AIOA's Accounting Clarity® proven process throughout the engagement
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and flag potential issues for ongoing Operations team
• Document all client-specific processes and systems in SharePoint for seamless team handoff
• Build foundation of trust and confidence that sets clients up for long-term partnership success
• Prepare comprehensive handoff documentation and conduct smooth transition meetings with ongoing Operations team
• Document lessons learned from each onboarding and contribute to building the Tenacity playbook
• Identify opportunities for automation, templates, and timeline reduction as you execute engagements
• Collaborate with VP, Client Success and team on continuous process improvement initiatives
• Participate actively in Client Success team L10 meetings, sharing insights and learnings
• Track metrics on onboarding quality, timeline, and client satisfaction to drive improvements
