About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain organized, accurate tracking systems for projects and materials created
- Responsible for keeping the status of materials updated and organizing marketing requests
- Initiate intake and identify action items and/or next steps
- Communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor the progress of the project and materials, from intake through completion
- Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials
- Share community and vendor-created marketing materials with the necessary reviewers, both internal and external
- Gather feedback from necessary stakeholders and reviewers
- Trigger translation requests to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
- Manage the organization and process of duplicating templated materials
- Gather required content
- Update content based on request
- Adjust materials for events and outreach
- Support the logistics for mailers and ordering of materials, as needed
- Support the Communications Team with miscellaneous projects, as needed, to support our mission and the communities we serve.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionately embraces the mission of All In Energy with a strong commitment to addressing global climate change, equitable clean energy access, and racial, economic and environmental justice
- Comfort using Google Workplace applications (i.e. Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
- Experience using Canva
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain clear organizational systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, learn quickly and creatively problem solve
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as a part of a small, nimble team
- Successful completion of a background check and 4-panel drug test
