Bilingual Senior Manager, Spanish/English
All In EnergySenior Project Manager responsible for executing the Merrimack Valley Renew Program at All In Energy. Leading project strategies and managing communications with partners and stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume the overall program management leadership role for Renew, providing strategic oversight for the program
- Lead the execution and success of Renew, ensuring alignment with community needs and the DOER contract
- Maintain and distribute existing Renew program manuals, approved forms, and documents, ensuring all new materials are translated into Spanish
- Convene and facilitate periodic meetings with internal teams and partners who are executing the program
- Serve as the primary liaison and manage communications with the funder, the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), on behalf of All In Energy
- Coordinate with other project managers and coalition partners
- Lead the recruitment of 3-5 Mass Save Home Performance Contractors (HPCs)
- Facilitate the approval of customer-facing materials created by HPCs or other partners
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to deliver monthly invoices that incorporate all coalition members to DOER
- Manage the process for reserving funds and invoicing on behalf of contractors
- Oversee weekly production updates and periodic detailed reports for the DOER
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience in project/program management including goal-setting, strategic planning and performance analysis and accountability
- 3–5 years of experience is typical for this level
- Experience with complex external stakeholder or inter-organization project management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions for the scope of work under purview
- Strong detail-orientation and ability to keep tasks, records, and systems organized
- Demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve and overcome obstacles
