• Compiles information, prepares required reports, ensures timely delivery
• Analyzes reports in order to monitor accuracy
• Addresses discrepancies with appropriate parties
• Processes mortgage loans to secondary market guidelines
• Maintains all mortgage files by updating paperwork
• Demonstrates effective communication with internal and external contacts

• Provide timely responses to any and all member requests
• Communicate any changes or disruptions in digital services
